@SatansBestie No she doesn't have to suck his blood. A bomb exploded and Eric got silver bullets in his body. And as you know vampires can't stand silver. What Sookie doesn't know is that Eric's already healing and it's not actually necesary to suck the bullets out. It's just a trick to get her to suck his blood, 'cause when she does, he can, at any time, sense where she is and how she feels. It creates some sort of bond between them. + the blood makes Sookie sexually atracted to Eric. :)
