I'd need more information about your problem to help you. This doesn't sound like a common issue though, at least I haven't heard anything. Do some Googling is my only advice
Not really, lol, the best thing I've found is to make 100% you lock the phone before it goes in your pocket. It's turned on for me numerous times, I've found if the lock button faces inward instead of outward when I put it in my pocket, it's less likely to turn on, but it does happen. Hope this helps!
it's not glue - it's a soap + water combination, pretty simple to replicate. it activates the adhesive on the shield. i've been told that there's no residue, but i don't know for sure. my guess is if there's any at all, it would come off with water or goo gone
i know.... go to your phone setting not the display then go to security and enter your pw. then go to reset defult. then it should work

do you know if it leaves that spray glue residue on the phone when you remove the shield?
If so can it be fully cleaned off?
