I watched this on my bed, alone....I cried, and cried, and cried....when it finished, I could hardly sleep keep on thinking of the film and my own experience.
when i hear this song or even to see just a clip from the movie i cant stop my heart to raise, it makes me fall in love again. while i was watching this movie it seems that I was on it and never in my entire life i saw a movie where in you will feel that you were in the movie. how i wish that this movie did not end. <3<3<3 tong and mew forever!
Same here.. didn't realize how impacting this movie is to me until last week. I've heard of this movie as early as 2008, just didn't pay much attention to it then. Being in the place of the guys required a great patience and hope that everything will be all right. It is really hard to be a bisexual/gay. You need to be strong to overcome all the trials that will come your way. Nice movie. Great!!!!

mario's Movie CLTCL with Baifern is soo wonderful and everybody can relate to it .. but i find this movie more UNIQUE and More TOUCHING in terms of LOVE in different Ways.. i really like this movie.. The Story of Tongs FAMILY.. and the story mew and tong.. it might sound weird for me as a Guy watching this movie at first.. but when i finish watching it . i realized its Not really about Gay stuff.. Its more in Love story of two childhood friends who are separated by time but UNITED BY DESTINY

@hero69er well i do hope that tong is together with mew but perhaps he is not willing to see his mother hurts since he's the only one left. notice that tong's mom sacrifices everything for her husband and the family, even she keeps a bigger portion of meal for her husband while she's having the least. not sure if you aware of this because i watched the director's cut version. in reality it's not easy at all to decide especially if you're the only child in the family.
Now that I think about it, I feel bad for the girls, too. Poor girl who cut the roses for him. Her heart was also broken. This is movie is so memorable. So, so memorable. It's almost magical.

OMG! I just fell in love with this song since I heard it in youtube last night and now I like it twice as much after finished watching the movie. I didn't like the ending - I was hoping that Tong and Mew would stayed together.. so sad T.T
yeah but you have to look at it this way. one of the main quote of the movie was " if there is love, there is hope" now tong didnt love donut as mew did not love ying so there is no hope while at the ending tong said that he cant be mew's boyfriend but it doesnt mean that he doesnt love mew meaning that there is hope =)

@Cynxcru09 yes that's right because in Malaysia we don't have such operation available, Thailand or Singapore are the choices. but undergo that kinda surgery is very dangerous and risk of death is pretty high, be it during or after the operation.

@Cynxcru09 some guys remained str8 even they've become gays. i think there are many reasons like, if children attend a boys-only fully residential school and share room with others, odds of being gay are quite high. of course not applicable to all guys... i guess it's a matter of psychological problem. other reasons such as curiosity, sexual harassment during childhood, 'playing' with cousins etc. i can only think of these, perhaps i should watch more gay films hehehe. oh thanks for the add btw

@hero69er well i do hope that tong is together with mew but perhaps he is not willing to see his mother hurts since he's the only one left. notice that tong's mom sacrifices everything for her husband and the family, even she keeps a bigger portion of meal for her husband while she's having the least. not sure if you aware of this because i watched the director's cut version. in reality it's not easy at all to decide especially if you're the only child in the family.

yeah but you have to look at it this way. one of the main quote of the movie was " if there is love, there is hope" now tong didnt love donut as mew did not love ying so there is no hope while at the ending tong said that he cant be mew's boyfriend but it doesnt mean that he doesnt love mew meaning that there is hope =)
