The loop is from "Coitus Interruptus" by Fad Gadget from "Fireside Favorites". Fad's estate and producer Daniel Miller oughta sue the purveyors of this s**te.
@hardminimalgroove the beginning sounds a little bit different, but there's way too many of the same sounds for it to be completely different. Listening to it closely it sounds like the 'different sound' fades away just before the main part of the song kicks in....so it was probably just ripped from a dj mix. From 2:50 on it's all Plump Djs. But Donna Kebab vinyl was a white lable release.
