im pretty sure if they find a little bit of weed on you u can go to a regular blue collar prison. but that's non-violent. right? im confused. can someone clarify it for me?

It's pretty straight forward. If your charged with a crime that has anything to do with violence, or if they have evidence that you may have intended on doing violence, then you get sent to a higher security prison. If not then you may go to a white collar prison.
