Throwing shipments around had nothing to do with upper management's decision to shut down this company. And the stealing was not a huge thing. All companies have employees who steal and they get rid of them when they are caught. And yes it will be a bad and tough life for these people who have worked for so many years for a company who cut their lives short. You try to live in this area and we will see how you survive.
