Wow why cant we just cut immigration from Somalia and cut foreign aid spending. Yes it maybe a tragic situation however starvation will always happen and we do not have the funds to keep feeding these people because they cannot produce their own food. Somalia is a failed state.

I live in Edmonton and i am sick of these people. We now have over 32 murders a year all done by Somalians. They are just sucking welfare and are the only thing they contribute to the city is gangs, rapes and violence. This is what happens when you let people into your country who come from a failed state living with a 5th century barbaric mindset. It is good to finally see some standing up in their community however that vast majority do not care.

I guess the fathers of these famine children ( alshabaab & warloards) are going to get their pay day. As Bev Oda announced today, 22 million and more in aid going to somalia.

I think he answered rather well since it seemed like he was ambushed (as I was by the title) by the question on fugitives from the law. About the famine though he said aid organizations must go into Somalia to the people hit hardest but he says Al Shabaab has pledged to let aid in but Al Shabaab has gone back on it's word already. How can we help if they threaten aid workers?
