I don't want to start a dispute here, but this is up to you. The US military is not bad, but I personally am not impressed. 3 reasons for that. First of all, modern common understanding is against wars, Second, too much showing off while having average performance. Third, who do you want to fight? The rest of the world is getting more unified while most Americans still live with the thought that there will be always the Chinese, or Russians or someone else to challenge you.
Average peformance? the Yankees have been in the most wars the past century and only 1 was a loss, and only because of politics, the only war they really lost in a conventenal engagement was 1812.
Well, when I look at Iraq and Afghanistan I count them out, they could not oppose your army due to many factors. However, in WW1, WW2, Korea and Vietnam you failed to impress the world. In WW1 the British proved better than you, in WW2 it was the Soviets, in Korea it is a lot more complicated cause all sides suffered, in Vietnam you lost, in the Gulf War is where you did good, but against a weak enemy. So this is why I say average, although that I admire your effort when you claimed your freedom
Im not Americam, but you did leave out smaller wars like panama. And Vietnam was not truly a military loss, the Americans won every major battle and they only pulled out when public support was lost at home.
The Vietnam war turned out to be a massacre, millions of people dead (mostly Vietnamese) and no seeming end, not every major battle has been won, but I agree that the US military won something like 90% of the battles. Winning battles does not always let you win the war, there are plenty of examples. It was not due to public support, but to international opinion where the USSR and China became more popular than the US when it comes to preserving human lives and the US did not want this to happen.

My country as part of the Warsaw Pact supplied North Vietnamese forces with weapons and military experts along with the rest of the alliance. The only thing the Allies did in WW2 is destroying Japan and help the Soviets beat the Germans, you did not beat the Germans on your own and you never had a chance to do it.
They were on their own until 1943 and it was when they won the battle of Kursk that you started doing something. Plus that you can read the biography of Marshal Zhukov and see his military career, Patton was a good commander, but none was better than Zhukov. The Soviets did not receive shipments of weapons or soldiers, they relied on their own resources. You did nothing to help them in that manner. Bombings of German industrial sites became successful in 1944, not earlier.
The Russians needed refined fuel for their aircraft which by 1943 you failed to deliver.
