I had a physical I am 5-7 about 230 lbs the doctor told me I was morbidly obese then she said bodybuilders are morbidly obese. I don't understand how I can have 10% fat and be morbidly obese yet someone else can weigh less and have 40 or 50% body fat and only be overweight.

The BMI is flawed.
When I was getting a physical the other day, my doctor told me that I was overweight. At 6 foot tall and 15 stone, this is not the case.
I take care of myself, and muscle weighs more than fat. You've got to take that into account.
