That's really neat. I've needed braces since I was a kid (my "mother" said I didn't need them because she didn't get to have them as a kid) and later they got pushed back because of things coming up. Now, at 29 my teeth are really crowded, I hate to smile showing my teeth. So far everyone has gotten dentures in their 30's due to weak teeth and jaw bones. I have TMJ so, as it looks I'll be the next in line.

I love watching these videos because the smile (happy) you guy's/gal's have after.

Dont forget to wear your retainers once you get the braces off. Also, when you take them off to eat, dont wrap them in tissue paper...mine got tossed in the bin cuz they thought it was just tissues. As a result...my bottom row teeth moved back to their original spots and look like this guy's teeth before the braces. :(

Wow! Nice work on the time lapse! Did you have to wear a bite plate? I'm 34 and just got braces 2 weeks ago. My overbite was so deep I have to wear a bite plate 24/7 for god knows how long.

Its keeping my top teeth from sheering off the bottom brackets. It is also keeping me from eating which is making me miserable. I think the torture is worth it though because my lower teeth are super crowded and I got some snaggled teeth up top too.

I have braces and this is my second year. I was buck toothed and now I only have two spaces to fill. It has changed my teeth AND my face! Though my face is more bertifaul ;3! I'm grateful for my braces and hope to get amazing results, LIKE I ALREADY HAVEN'T! ;D!

i got braces 2 times. ive had 3 retainers. and head gear 1 time.. and my top teeth dont have a gap anymore.. but my bottom teeth are more fucked up then they were before i had all of the reconstruction. my bottom teeth look like how his used to look. -.-

Honestly, I don't get it. My teeth aren't as bad as his when he started. I only had a slight overbite and three small gaps on my bottom row. When I smiled, it wasn't noticeable, but my dentist told me to go ahead and get them before it actually got noticeable. I've had them for four months and my overbite has already been taken care of. One of the gaps has also closed up. He only wore his for 14 months. I have to wear mine for 28 months - that's DOUBLE the time..... WTH?
