@CombatMunkey If you haven't figured it out yet or no one has told you, the problem is iTunes messed up with the name of the band in the store. All their music besides this album has the band name +/- {plus/minus}. The album this is on "x's on your eyes" has the band name as "+/ -". So it is just about impossible to find that album without knowing its' name.

The key to getting good quality, relatively small files - keep your pixel height at around 480 or so, use h.264 or Sorenson 3 at ~65-75%, keep the bitrate automatic, key every 24 frames... oh, and start with high quality, uncompressed footage :)
