We use a 4-3-3 formation, which uses 1 striker and 2 wingers, and a CDM... yet we don't have a SINGLE natural winger in the whole senior team. Kalou is a striker, and Malouda likes to play a more Giggs-like role at left-mid. Essien is out, and Mikel isn't a CDM.. he's only thrown there. He's an attacking midfielder. We need Hazard, Di Maria, Luiz to play in CDM or get someone new there, and Micah Richards.
