Many a time the old beat up Laundromats are "diamonds in the rough". Usually if the Laundromat is still in business then it must have a reasonable location. These stores can be acquired cheaply and renovated to a real money maker.
I went to laundromat that have 13 Wascomat 18 Lbs washers, 6 old Dexter Front Load Washers (None Of The Work), 4 Wascomat 35 Lbs, 12 Maytag Washers and 2 Milnor Washers. The dryers were Old Huebsch and Speed Queen Dryers. That Laundromat was Raggedy like Hell
