The character is Sparda, the original wielder of force edge and yamato. The sword he's currently using is yamato, which he starts with. It's a lightning-type in this game because it's only supposed to be a stronger clone of alastor, another sword that can be found in this mission

yes there are wings on the floor.that are the wings of sparda after transforming into a demon.and this isn´t vergil,it´s sparda,dantes father.he possessed force edge and also yamato.

DMC was better then all the other games in it's series, including 4. It's annoying when the puppets have shotguns

I woulda commented on your first video, but the latest comment on that one was 1 month ago, so I didn't to not look like an idiot >.> Anyway, I never beat Hard mode, because I found it too, well, hard... I thought that when in DMD mode, the enemies take more abuse, but from my vague memory, it seems that they still take the same amount of punishment to kill.

And to reply more decently: DMD! Monsters actually take less damage than their Normal counterparts. The bosses, however, are much stronger. :p

Don't forget to mention that some normal monsters can also enter Devil Trigger mode too, making them that much harder. I think they are as strong as they are in hard, but the with Devil Trigger.

i read about this but what its actually used for is in case the timer of the melancholy soul runs out it recharges it to to the full time. of course if this happens to you, i suggest you play on easy for the rest of your life
