I agree. Dr. Valentine has many valid points, and is an intellegent person. Having said that, I disagree with the melatonine rant. From what I understand and believe melatonine production is encoded into DNA. Melatonin is a result of adaptation to exposure to electromagnetic radiation to protect us from the sun.

@daddybuck Actually people adapted to NOT have melatonin when they migrated to areas where there is less sunlight(farther in the northern/southern hemisphere). We need some sunlight for our bodies to use vitiamin D.
