the only people who pay 22% in income tax are people who earn 250,000 or more (actually they pay 36%), so when she says"all Americans" she's crazy. Arlen Specter had an appoval rating of over 60%, before he voted for the Stimulus, Right-wingers only turned on him because he broke party lines. Considering the Stimulus has created over 20,000 jobs in Pennsylvania and saved 20.000 more, I think Specter deserves to be re-elected.

Bachmann did interrupt Specter when he had only just begun to speak, so the criticism of her was on the mark.
Many years ago the journalist James Fallows noted the damage that had been done both to journalism and to the public discourse by the rise of political talk shows where guests, hosts, and/or panelists talk over each other, reducing such programs to competitions for attention and sound bites. Bachmann is following that model, and moreover attempts to play victim. Badly done.

Bachmann wouldn't stop interrupting and wouldn't directly answer the question. It can be frustrating when someone (Bachmann) tries to dominate the talking time and then won't show courtesy to let others speak when it is their turn.
Spector was understandably frustrated and the moderator wasn't doing his job either.
