i wanna get rims on my 06 commander, what would go good with it if i have a silver body with tints?

Thats nice.... not too crazy about the grill but its nice all the same. I have a 2008 jeep commander on 26's myself! They look really good with rims. I LOVE mine..... As for the broke ass trailer trash crackers on here hating, FUCK YALL! Some ppl arent going for the rugged look! If you got the money to buy it, I say do what the fuck you want to it! Maybe if these rascist ass rednecks didnt need to go off-road riding thru the woods to their KKK meetings, then they wouldnt b so bothered by it! :)

i drove my moms jeep and it is slow i could not do a burnout on it but it is a 2010 jeep and looks the same so if you want to buy a jeep don't because they suck i am not playing

And a civic Type-R hits 60 in 6.5 ish seconds, a pathetic 0.5 seconds faster than something as aerodynamic as a house, not to mention the fact it must be over 3 thousand pounds heavier.... LOL. you aint ever driven a Commander, atleast a commander with a V8 in it. Your obivous lack of knowledge is really starting to show.

I'm a jeeper and i can tell you he didn't ruin anything. The commander wasn't made for off-roading. The commander is the only jeep that looks good with rims.

@ntfd125 Despite the fact that the Quadradrive-II is one of the best automated 4wd systems ever? There are many videos on here of Commanders off-roading, even in stock form. I own one and it's been one of the best vehicles we've ever owned. Just because it isn;t a rock crawler doesn;t mean it's not capable. THAT said, as for THIS video, to each their own. Not my thing, but not my Jeep.

@kingdomboost We had a buddy who had a commander and he tried to take it to snowshoe. Lets just say he made it about 1/4 of the trail and turned around (No rocks yet). The only advantage is the longer wheel base. All jeeps are great vehicles except maybe gas mileage. I'm not saying you can't go off-roading with it but its no where close to the YJ,CJ,TJ or cheroke. I would not pay 30,000 for an off roading vehicle without any mods. Its better to buy a junker and build it up.

@ntfd125 Ouch. Well see, you're talking about a rig though. I wouldn;t take our (...ok, HER) Commander hardcore, I'd definately prefer a souped up Cherokee for that. All I'm saying is the Commander is a nice and capable off-road machine, but it has it's limits too. There isn;t much that beats a lifted Wrangler or Cherokee.
