The sun image is clearly an optical illusion, the "other object" just happens to be the same size as the sun... it is the sun! Appearing twice! This made the news in China a while ago, but CLEARLY there is NOT a huge object sitting next to the sun which can only be viewed at certain times of the day. It must be something to do with refraction as it only appears at sunrise or sunset, when its being viewed through a lot of atmosphere due to the low angle. Maybe the chemspray creates the effect.
