Forgiveness is NOT forgetting. If you really forget then there is nothing to forgive. To say that forgiveness is to forget is a self defeating statement
@freetruth80 -- True forgiving is ridding yourself (and the other) of the impression that that experience even happened. That's is the nature of God's forgiving and grace.
I feel that some of the things mentioned in the video are rather misleading. For example, time does not exist; The past, present and future exist simultaneously. You do not have to cling onto the past but remembering it sure helps save yourself in tough situations from those who came before us. As well as you do not need to be religious to be spiritually connected. Then again everyone has a different interpretation and we should learn from others even if it contradicts your original ideas.
Yes, man's notion that he can manipulate himself out of Troubles, Duality, Conditioned Life -- by re-arranging inert matter has always been a natural (if shallow) reaction to "Troubles." When he realizes that all he does is make the duality more complex and dangerous, he will return to more natural and simple modes of living, and kill Duality instead with purity, God-worship, and God-consciousness; i.e. by entering Grace.
It's not about "disliking science," but seeing its lie. The comment proves my point. There the dentist gives you great pain, worse than you'd normally know. And there the doc put Mercury into my head, which gave a weak immune system lifelong. Delusion of technological progress. Technology doesn't make duality (troubles) leave. It just re-arranges it, makes it complex, often worse. Now with an oil-volcano beneath sea threatening the oceans and all life, I'd think you could get some kind of clue.
if you dont like science and dont believe in taking drugs, make sure next time you go to the dentist you dont ask for any anesthetics, say a prayer instead and see how effective that is for pain relief...
Maybe the most important video on youtube. Can you say anything more on the idea of the past being unreal? I don't know, I find it totally fascinating and mind-blowing. The conventional story is frankly the opposite: that the past, because it is frozen in time, is more real even than the present.
No disturbance. It only proves out what the video says: "All things devolve to good for those who love the Lord." The more we are 'finding out' about these coverups, the more the true evil in the world is going to be found out and finally neutralized. Finding out who really did 9-11, and that the buildings didn't fall from Miracle Mulla Melt, bodes well to bring about the end of a long-hidden evil agenda.
one thing I find a little disturbing is that we must first remember history, and understand the coverups! If we dont understand them, then we will never find a way to find the true path!

Actually, facts change constantly. Anyone making a simple observation of life can see that.

Facts don't change, that's what makes them facts.

@TheIGPD -- Obviously time exists for the conventional mind. But time is actually a mental construction. You can't see this, but sages can see that.

Well, that's the conventional "wisdom," right.
But the point made was that remembering a thing is what brings it back. But this went past you.

a favorite quote from a beautiful past in my life story:
One to be born
From a dragon
hoisting the light and the dark
Arises high up to the still land
Veiling the moon with the light of eternity
it brings another promise
to mother earth
with a bounty and mercy.
