No wild bear comes lumbering into the bait like that. No wild bear is grossly overweight like that. A wild bear would have immediately been alerted to the presence of this guy, since he was hardly camouflaged, and couldn't seem to hold still. Canned hunts suck, but rich guys pretending to be hunters take part in them often.

It is public information. They had Gentry on a Felony charge, and he "paid" his way out. That is what a plea deal is, they get a guilty conviction without a trail which saves money, and he gets a Misdemeanor Charge, and pays a fine of $15,000 which makes money for the state. Buys, and shoots a pet, and avoids jail.

Look at the videos of the killing provided by SHARK. Troy and Lee planned to kill this tame bear before hand. They both knew that this was a tame bear. Troy Gentry was too much of a pussy to go after a wild one that he payed Greenley money to kill a defenseless tame bear that had no idea it was about to be shot at and likewise had no chance in getting away.
