I really see a good character in Kucinich. On that same note, I have followed the long trend of Mr. champion of the Constitution Ron Paul. It's never going to be perfect; but I think we can have healthcare if we stop the war machine, secure the borders, and getting rid of social security. Social security has been abused beyond recognition, as well as war mongering! Getting back to the Constitution is key to saving America!

VeohBlows, it seems we're talking about different things, b/c I was referring to Obama's ineligibility under Art 2,Sec 1,Cl 5 (not the over 35 yrs old part, but the must be a "natural born citizen", as opposed to mere citizen, part) and the failure of Kucinich and all Congressmen to (1) object when the electoral college vote was brought to them, & (2) pursue removing now, since removal power is delegated to Congress, not judiciary.
