geez that "dr" was afraid of making a mess, so used 10 wipes more than necessary rather than just getting in there and getting the job done! getting the top layer of the infection out and not getting the more solid base is useless - empty it all, pack it with sterile packing, tape it and start antibiotics if necessary, don't pussyfoot around being squeamish - if you can't handle body fluids don't get into medicine!!
