    Nice vid.

  • the beast bread ever!

  • @cupcakebuddies100 I'm not a vegan but I use water works perfectly fine but stir and mix it to much also don't use alot of water half a cup would be fine

  • awesome! thumbs up

  • can vegans use water?

  • @cupcakebuddies100 HECK NOOOOOOOOOOOO ..DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES THAT WOUKLD BE...

  • @snoep25 Are you being sarcastic?

  • @cupcakebuddies100 Any liquid probably. =)

  • @cupcakebuddies100 Yes! I use this recipe all the time. It's super easy and just happens to be vegan. It makes 2 loaves, but you can cut it in half to make one loaf. :)

    Ingredients

2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast

    3 tablespoons white sugar

    2 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

    3 tablespoons vegetable oil

    1 tablespoon salt

    6 1/2 cups bread flour

  • @rebeccaelder2009 Thanks!! Just make sure the sugar you use is vegan. A lot of sugars are not :p

  • @cupcakebuddies100 Yeast just needs sugar, it doesn't have to be regular old white sugar. Some recipes call for honey to replace the sugar, and I'm sure you could also use agave nectar to replace it. It's so sweet, you would probably only need 1 1/2 tablespoons or so. :) Agave nectar is definitely vegan.

  • @rebeccaelder2009 that's a great idea!! :D

  • @cupcakebuddies100 prepare for very very very very very ultra bland bread. i find milk beast. although taste can be restored through a yeast sponge. take one cup of flower from the recipe, the yeast, and water -in the vegans case-, and mix - let it set for how ever long. I like to let it set at room temp (75-80) degrees for two days or 20 minutes according to some. apparently the bubbling means its ready. I like my yeast to culture. try either one, good luck!

  • @cupcakebuddies100 quick question i forgot to mention-are you a vegan? if so why?

  • @dogbone222 Yes, just for personal morals. Along with the health aspect.

  • @cupcakebuddies100 I like the healthy part, but what of the morals? Is it the inhumanity of the industrial process?

  • @dogbone222 Yes.

  • @cupcakebuddies100 oh well that is one reason i endorse hunting. The animal has a chance to get away. It has had the time to know what it's like to live freely, not live to be slaughtered. Plus you respect the animal better. As a simile it'd be like a man not fighting a girl over gender lessening. It's actually harder to explain now that i think of it

  • @dogbone222 That's actually a very valid point. :) I like your thinking!

  • @cupcakebuddies100 Thank you. And i do respect your decision to be vegan. Ever watch scott pilgrim? Vegan powers XD

  • @dogbone222 LOLOLOL. Yes I have. xD Vegan Powers FTW!

  • yeast bread? jeez

  • @shawnio whats so "jeez" for yeast bread ?

  • no salt?
