Might I saw, that markolof (im sure i spelt that wrong) on p bars at 0:12 looks like it hurts like hell, Im traning those and i just started doing them to the rails, ya they kinda hurt like a bitch if you catch them wrong haha

@Brettdoggg - make sure to stretch your wrists out every day and do wrist curls with weights (we do 20x of inward and outward curls with 10-15lbs weight, but you should start with something lighter). Wrist pushups are good too - from hand flat on ground, push to fingertips
@scissors0001 - Josh will be doing the full jaeger if all goes well. He's been pretty consistent in the gym so far
That was awesome! Lots of upper body strength, timing and coordination. I've been trying to do the palmal horse for a while, to move up in skill level (I'm a level 5 right now). I'm trying different work out methods, non of which seem to work. My wrists get worn out to quick. Keeping the muscle in the wrists flexible is also hard. Any help here or input would be greatly appreciated. I'm amazed by the guys who are able to do this on the bare ground, like the guy doing flares!
