  • Laura I honestly keep wondering how is that you aren't fat at all! I mean.. you look GREAT and all your recipes are SO delicious but just a few are reduced in fat or something like that... can you please please please tell me how do you do that? If I'd eat all of that I'll be like twice the size I have xD

  • Hey Laura, I absolutely love your recipes, especially this one! However I noticed you're always putting food in your mouth while it's still really hot. My friend's uncle had a habit of doing that with every hot meal he had, and he died of throat cancer a couple of years back. So nowadays I always make sure I never consume food while it's still steaming. Just looking out for your safety and health! Thank you for making these videos. Cheers!

  • Nicely done...But just a hint. Use real Sherry as opposed to Cooking Sherry, for the same reason you use Wine as opposed to a cooking wine. There is a noticeable difference in taste.

  • @TheRealJayManz I'm not too sure, but the type she's using are the sweet yellow ones. But she said you can use any type of onion you prefer :)

  • I've been wanting to make French Onion Soup so bad this winter, but I'm not sure I want to go out and invest in Sherry wine, which I can't imagine using on anything else I make. Would it go bad in a short time even if I kept it in the fridge? Can I use red wine instead of Sherry wine?

    If you want to substitute cause youre vegan or something there are some really good instant stocks and sauces without meat.

    Still the best is how Laura showed.
