my puppy is one year old now. She never learned how to use her potty pad cause she will just tear it into pieces. She will never go out of her cage without a toy in her mouth and she will come back for it. One toy she enjoyed the most is a Gatorade bottle. We put treat in it and that makes her occupied.....!:-)

Dahlia, my pit/lab mix, is very playful. Right now she is sleeping with her pigs' ear wrapped in her arms :D She is a pain in the neck when she is awake, put it pays off at night when it's time for sleeping :] She is 10 weeks old.

@NikkiBoom1 , shes a awesome dog, love to play and chew up pig ears too. i rescued her from a shelter when she was about 6 month old. good luck with yours. :)

@miketr732 Thank you very much :D Dahlia is learning to Pee and poop outside. I use a clicker and click it every time she goes potty, then giving her a treat afterwards. If she goes inside, I say 'no' firmly and when she tries to come near me while I clean it, I gently push her away and turn my back. It's been two days and she learned: Potty, outside. Potty outside, treat. :D lol. And I hope Dyna lives a long long time, very gorgeous dog. :D

@NikkiBoom1 i had a pit lab mix named lucy, she broke out the fence and got hit by a pull behind trailer. it was devastating, but i loved her so much and she was soooo hyper. she lived to be six and she had finally started to calm down. great dogs, really. she tore up everything i owned but i still loved her joy in life. she will always be missed. she died in '05 and i still think of her often.

@rollinswishsweets420 Oh goodness. I'm sorry for your loss. My dog is now almost a year old, and she's turned very aggressive. She's now seeing a dog trainer. She loves the family so much, but around strangers she snaps. I fear of walking her at the park. She's still my baby, and I will always try my best to train her.
