how's this film pitch for "marvel ultimate alliance" : just as elektra trys to reconnect with matt, things are going alright with pete and MJ's wedding plans and tony and whitney frost start to rekindle things, the punisher, in trying bring the mob down, assualts an underboss "billy the beaut'" but ends up creating "jigsaw", who imediately gets to work assimelateing madame mask, kingpin, roderik kingsley, hydra and dr doom to forge the masters of evil. Shield responds by allying the heroes.

If you still care about this (I just got around to looking through my post history), the issue was that Hulk Ultimate Destruction and The Punisher were developed by different development houses. And in the case of The Punisher, published by THQ (not Activision).

Thanks! It was actual luck that the music often fits to the video. I cut the music, so that the end of the song fits to the end of the video. And in the final result, it fits perfectly to the video. :-P
