you have to go over 200% noise in order to Finalize,to easily finalize, I suggest using cards like Sword fighter and Drill arm! If not, then consist most of your folder with non elemental cards!
well, i highly reccomend having sword attacks or sumthing better would be like beast slap or giant ax. but to raise ur noise power, u can only use non elemant attack.

You have to do post story which means, beating all the R bosses and Apollo Flame in order to get to the Black Hole Server
