@xlalax19 I am metis and I agree with you to a point. My elders have taught me that healing is for everyone and if the white side finds healing in the red then they should go to it. But this guy was wrong there is no doubt in that.

Dam I use my own Sweat lodge. but they is a limit to how long I'll stay in it.A sweat lodge can be great. but with any thing one can miss use it
