I'm emo and don't find this offensive. The biggest reason is probably cos emo isn't my only label. I'm nerd, goth, cat lady, artistic etc... If you're offended by this song my advice to you would be to stop labeling yourself & look at just how many categories you do fit into. For me I'm emo in that I am emotionally distressed.
