At the VERY least, Cheney & Rumsfeld should have been prosecuted for EXTREME misfeasance if not treason for allowing the alleged 911 hijacker attack to succeed, and violating the basic provisions of Constitution re: chain-of-command & rule-of-law. We shouldn't dismiss the anthrax assault on Congress and individual politicians as a rogue act. It was very likely a highly sophisticated plan to get Congressional support for the Patriot Act and other measures. This strikes me as a Cheney operation.
