professional sprinters are faster then football players because they have a different composition of fast/ slow twitch muscle fibers. so sprinters have explosive energy that wheres off quickly but pro footballers can run just a little bit slower but for 90+ minutes. p.s. if you can prove me wrong I'd be happy to apologize.

@wongaling your composition of fast twitch muscle fibres and slow is genetic and isnt due to training, THrough training u can just avtivate more fast twitch fibres. And Usain Bolt would smoke off any football player by like 2 seconds on a hundred metre sprint

No one can run with a maximum velocity for 90 minutes. Football players sprints 10-40 metres (average) for each run during a match , but it is way off a full speed effort. In a typical training, a sprinter run up to 20 reps (or more) x 10-60m at FULL SPEED with 2-4 minutes rest in between. With a 'footballer speed' sprinters would sprints 100 times or more during 90 minutes.

So what if they're really fast??? It doesn't look like a good striking boot nor does it look like it has good control. For a good combination of speed, striking, and control, I recommend the Adidas F50.
