reached the age of 47+ that have their last
set of molar teeth. After age 47 the will live
for 5-10 years and then starve slowly.
Also when overpopulated they will eat all of
the greens in an area, that possibly the
young ones could have been eating. I'm not sure if they eat the elephant meat, but maybe they do in Africa.
