we used to call this stuff Shareware or Public Domain. relabeling it to "Indie" to make it sound cool is wrong. On Xbox marketplace in the indie section the bulk of the titles there is just pure garbage.

What really ticks me off is when commercial titles take the lame route of charging premium prices for flash games or relying on stretch/morph flash. Risk on xbox does that and I remember an Overlord on Wii did that. LAME !
