It's not falling. It's a plane and the illumination of the sun makes the condensation from the contrails look orangish. Just like clouds at sunset.

It`s the contrails of two jets in formation that are lit up by the sun after sundown.

Notice the wind direction of the cloud at 0:45 -> the contrails ( though at a higher altitude follow the same direction.

Its a contrail at sunset, it has two distinct parts(just like a contrail) and is entirely too slow. Objects from space fall in a straight line, this looks like an airplane coming in for a landing.
