The misconstruance of reality and truth is available from both sides, the reality is that these people are totally underqualified and lead people down the path that the facilitator chooses, not the "patients" true need, many a man who leads this is a meglomaniac with issues with esteem and leadership. You then get the most inadequate people imaginable ending up in charge . They really believe they can help and when this proves impossible , they dump you, saying , you were not ready , denial etc.
