@Edabeast18 no if its not unlocked then it wont work -.-' if u go to a simple mobile retailer they can unlock it for u on their computer or send it to a warehouse or something to unlock it. most likely they will do it right there on the computer for u. im not sure if u have to pay though.

@Edabeast18 as long as its a T-mobile theres no need to unlock it, all you need to do is buy the phone install the Simple Mobile Sim Card and follow these steps.. I dont know why the other guy says you need to unlock it!

@RoxannaValentine No, not at all, these settings are just to configure your internet settings on your phone, the speed will depend on your plan, so if your paying $40 a month your speed will be 3g and if your paying $60 your speed will be 4g

@SiroHunter If you bought this phone before T-Mobile Released it, there's a pretty good chance you bought the (UK Version) if you did this your Phone will only work on "Edge" or its not an T-Mobile phone but a AT&T phone..

@basuriego if you have simple mobile and you're paying $40 a month it should be unlimited, the only thing you might do is go.over your 2gb data cap (allowance) when you hit that mark your internet its gonna be real slow (2g)

@dreyna100 The $40/month plans limits you to 2G speeds from the beginning. I've experienced a speed cap of 119 kbps from the beginning of the month. It was unbearable and I just switched back to the $60/month plan which works fast...again. The d/l speeds on my Galaxy S 2 ranges from 1.4Mbps to 8.5Mbps depending on my location.

@pizzez1 If they have Simple Mobile is Sweden then I suppose it should work just fine. But just to make sure go to there website and look up the Internet and MMS settings for your phone. If you have Simple Mobile then find the carrier your using and look up there settings on there website. Hope I helped :)

I had my phone working great with the internet settings. The internet was real fast I loved it, but jus the other day my internet got really damn slow (slower than crickets internet) the internet still works on my phone its just really slow. any ideas why this happened?? Look at the small letters on the bottom it says "2gb of full speed" What that tells me is that after you get to that limit the internet gets slow, why am I telling you this? well because Simple Mobile Works under T-mobile Services and Towers, so I think Simple Mobile does the same...

with the i phone you can`t get 3g internet signal because band need to be 1700/2100 and the i phone 3g or 3gs are just done to work well with the internet of at&t and another companys, you can use the i phone in simple mobile just to call, send mms, but the internet you can get just edge signal, and the edge signal is very slow, so be carefull because you will can not fix this problem, so get a diferent phone like samsung galaxy s works amazing with simple mobile
