I LOVE marvel comics and movies

I get chills everytime I see this logo before the movie. It just makes me think of all the cool marvel comics I read over the years. Kinda gives ya a warm fuzzy feeling lol

I allways thought the alterations to the logo were really cool. Like in "Hulk" Where the background was green, The Punisher where you hear a gun cocking then the background turns black and 3 bullet holes appear, Fantastic Four where the background is blue and Ghost Rider where they just went all out badass on it. Wished Marvel studios picked this idea up.

@Rantincorporated Me too, but the gimmick is used by standalone Marvel films, so there's other Marvel heroes out there that they can use the gimmick on. And the gimmick was copied by DC films.

Wait really? The pics are always different depending on the Marvel property? That's a pretty cool feature.

It was pretty funny when Capcom parodied the logo for their Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 trailer.

They should have used pages from the classics: Miller's daredevil, Byrne's Fantastic Four, Lee & Romita Sr.'s Spider-Man, Starlin's Captain marvel...

A MARVELlous sequence. The rapidly flipping pages really augment the comic-book theme of the film. Bravo to Kyle Cooper for coming up with such a great and exciting logo.

I think that the marvel logo intro changes with each movie. Because the layers shown are from the comics based to each movie.

Actually the pages are different only for a few films: HULK, DAREDEVIL (sound effect inserted), X2, THE PUNISHER, X3, GHOST RIDER and F4-ROTS (to my knowledge). In all other films they use the same logo here. I dont know why they cant decide whether to use the original logo or a tweaked one... But who cares?

Marvel uses this one for any film made my outside studios. Spiderman 4 is being made by Sony's Columbia Pictures so we'll probably see it there. The intro used by their in-house studio is similar but it adds "Studios" under the Marvel name.
