@charly1990z yeahhh if you wear them for too long (more than 10 hours or something) it starves your eyes of oxygen and can damage them.

The colored contacts let less oxygen into your eyes because of the pigments and desgns, but as long as you only wear them 6-8 hours a day, you're eyes should be fine.
