And it sounds that way because it used to have or not have a supporting main bearing now all fixed.

In case you haven't found the answer to your question, you can check on ebay. You can install them yourself very simply.
Full set of white inserts will be about 20 bucks through ebay,.

Yup new crank, shells & rods was even worse by the time i got to the mechanics was knocking on idle just like cold start
