  • hi i need help..i tried to install ciss to my canon mp250 however i am experiencing error 05 (fine cartridge cannot be recognize) but if i remove the ciss and use the same cartridges it works fine no error at all.. please help

  • hello if it is one of our systems - please contact us via the cityinkexpress website, if it is not - it cannot be primed once installed it must have the black cartridge clamp covers over the carts and all 8 plugs in place
