  • are these two really singers? or they just acting.

  • @laotian123 they r just actors..they have recorded this song in studio somewhere in Assam..and made a video album later on called "Ngunuk Dolu Lo" means" in our village"This song is a Galo. .an ethnic sub- tribe of Tani group in Arunachal Pradesh.

  • @Ribanitum , Thanks, the song r wonderful, although I don't understand what it means, but it so wonderful to listen to. The voice of the singer are so beautiful. The music similar to Indian, but people of Arunachal looks like Buemese, Mongolian,Thai northern tribe,Lao northern tribe, Tibetans and Southern Chinese ethenic tribe. I love to listen to all Arunachal songs.

  • Not to mention that so many of them are essentially half Indians now. These areas are barely 60, 50% native anymore and many of them can't even speak their language. It seems like after Bhutan falls to Nepalese illegal hordes, Chinese controlled Tibetan areas will be the only ones to remain pure blooded and speaking their own language for the foreseeable future.

    With respect to Indians, Nepalis and Bangladeshis but you can't deny the facts.

  • they sure look like Tai people of Southeast Asia. Ai-Lao sub-group. Wow, look at the clothing style.....

  • damn Indians forcing indigenous people to sing Indian music. Free Northeast India!

  • @saigonpunkid Whats your problem? These are people of India and not of China!

  • @lawang1sg I didn't say they're Chinese dumbass, they're clearly not Indians.

  • @saigonpunkid Yes, they are clearly not ethnically Indian but let us not forget that their land is now a part of India & they are citizens of India. Politically, they are better off within India than being a part of China or others within that area. Let's us not make a big fuss over this issue.

  • @lawang1sg Who are you kidding... in all of the Northeast Indian states at least 30% of the population is recent migrants from the rest of India. Development is miserably slow, the government is more corrupt than China's, and surveys and studies from international NGOs show that the native languages are dying in the face of demographic swarming from the overpopulated areas of South Asia.

    Just like how Bhutan is 25% Nepali even after kicking hundreds of thousands of them out. Very sad..

  • @Zhuzhibaijia Its better to be under the Indian yoke than being governed by the Chicoms!

  • This is a music video of Galo Language of Arunachal Pradesh which is classified as a Tibeto-Burman language. 'nyi' spelt as 'Xii" in Galo script means 'person' and 'anyi' spelt as '`axi' means 'two'. 'Ngonuk' spelt as '`Qonuk' in Galo means 'our'.

  • I am not adi, But I love this song. You cruel chinese/ tebetian don't even think of claiming even 1 micron of Arunachal pradesh

  • our culture/own people's daily living in the mountain is samiliar to theirs

  • what are the meanings?

    Ngonuk =

    Dolu =

    Lo =

    thanks!

  • ngonuk= our

    dolu=vilage

    lo=in,...( in our village.)

  • do say 'two year' or 'two' somewhere in the song? Cuz i hear them saying 'nyi' while show two fingers. Two in Tibetan language is 'nyi'. And Ngonuk also means 'our' in some Tibetan Dialect.
