I'm happy for the people that have conquered their meth addiction and are drug free. I'm not happy for the ones that continue to do it. it's gonna sound harsh, but it's true. You turned to drugs because you were stupid, but you know what it will do to you. You know you will get hooked and yet you continue to do it. I hope you try to get over your addiction but if you don't even try, I don't have sympathy for you.

• How much high doses would be harmful?

• What would you suggest me if I suspect memory loss? And how can I check if I really do have memory loss or its just poor concentration that makes me forget stuff? I don't know if i really forget o.O

I 20 and take 20mg methylphenidate once a day ,and I don't feel it is benefiting me much :(

the long term effects of taking methylphenidate include hearing voices/visula hallucinations/ anxiety/euphoria/paranoid delusions/paranoia/ cnfusion/aggression nand irritablity. there are concersn that long term use could cause schizophrenia. i know all drugs have side effects but thats pretty bad. amphetamines are bad for you i know someone who used amphetamines and she had a serious break down was paranoid lost alot of weight and became a totally different person. no way i would take it.

Do 50mg(arbitrary value) extended release and 50mg immediate release are equally harmful (either amphetamine or methylphenidate)? With immediate release we will fell more concentrated but for a short time and with time-release we feel comparatively less concentrated but for long time,right or wrong? I mean the (concentration*time) factor remains constant for a particular quantity of drug whether time-release or immediate release?

OMG this is such propaganda...drugs are not good, but don't you realise these people are making money luring people into "a better life". I was "addicted" (compulsion to use is a better word) to meth among other things but only stopped when I decided I could not go on, the programs did not help...life sober isn't magical, a lot of times it sucks, but it's up to you to choose what you want.

I know a guy who is a crack and meth addict. He ran from Southern Illinois where he was part of a meth house. His mouth was so dry, and he would stay up for days. He was in his 20s, but looked like a hard 50. He started asking for money and slept in our garage. Finally, a reserve police friend muscled him from under our side porch. Cold Tablets, NyQuil, empty crack bags were found. I'm glad he's gone. He was a good kisser and gave great sex. I'm glad he's gone. Too much drama.

interesting. Quiet a good outlook on meth. It transforms people, congragulations to the people who have fought the addiction it is hard. My whole world fell apart due to meth, i won though, i am clean living a happy life now.
