Why the hell would you try and do chest and biceps? Chest and triceps makes so much more sense, as these muscles work naturally together. If you want to work out at home, download a book such as 'Never Gymless' or 'Convict Conditioning'. Don't waste your time with this.
I feel this is more of a pump up workout than something to do to get gains. i did this workout and felt tight when i finished the 10 minutes mike said to do but the next few days i wasn't really sore at all. This the workout you do right before you hit pool or the beach to get those muscle fibers showing

I would advise people to not use this much because he is use tot his but if you aren't like him it's almost certain for an injury but if ur going for it good luck

So this has covered part of your pecs... your biceps to a minor degree and some of your shoulders .... WTF ... Dude why the fuck are you concentrating on shoulder and bicep as part of a pec work out ??? .... If anything you should compliment the pec work out with tricep and shoulder workout FFS ... I think ur misleading people in a way that doesnt fully compliment each work out on the groups of muslces utilised ....

But this workout is alot better than my old one, so i'll probably just stick with my usual routine. But do you have any advice about triceps? Cause all i do is overhead raises, and i feel like i could do more.

why would you do a chest and bicep split? your triceps come more into play when you do pushing exercises. Chest and tri's is a better split imo. But hey, if it works for you.. keep on truckin'
You've said yourself that we're doing 10 repetitions of four sets for about 10 minutes; how many days a weeks do we do this in order for it to be visually effective?
Its true that joining the wrestling team will get u ripped, but... the location u live in matters most I found that the best 2 states for it are Oklahoma and Iowa so keep that in mind

Im skinny too and i feel like i dont have enough time in the day to consume more calories and put on more weight. can i substitute meals with protein drinks instead if i dont have enough time to eat more?
@TheCMJlover actually if ur doing target muscle training its better to do alternative muscles like chest and biceps or back and triceps because while one of the muscle groups are working the other is resting so u can do back to back... if u do chest and triceps then ur triceps will ware out way too fast and u wont be able to do back to back
@chaosrave back to back isn't always effective. If you work out your chest with push-ups you also hit your triceps and if you also hit your biceps and they are both sore the next day. (unlikely with this exercise) and you do back and triceps the day after that, your workout isn't gonna be that effective.
I work like this. back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs.
6 times a week with 72 hour rest before I workout the same muscles again, and I mostly do compoudmovements.
@TheCMJlover i dont know if you noticed but u just repeated what i said lol... and after u do back and biceps u wana switch to lower body or core or just cardio the next day... you SHOULD be sore that is the point... back to back will give u the hardest work out in the fastest time... stuff works differently for everyone so i dont wana say there is a right way to do something... if it works for you then do what you do

@kriptse oww I've tried it, it SUCKS. It works your chest and biceps yes, if you do the WHOLE workout 3 times. Then my muscles where sore. And when I worked out my back and triceps I couldn't get most out of it because my biceps where sore. And because of that my back wasn't trained hard enough with pull-ups and rows. why my biceps where sore. and triceps couldn't get the most out of it. because of the chest workout if.

No amount of push ups can help you get a rip body if your not willing to quit eating foods that have a ton of salt, sugers, carbs and fat...It's all about eating and exercise combined to get results...
Getting huge bulk body mass looks great! Try higher amounts of protein but with added size and looks comes a price...The possible greater risk of a heart attack...

Im skinny too and i feel like i dont have enough time in the day to consume more calories and put on more weight. can i substitute meals with protein drinks instead if i dont have enough time to eat more?

this vid is BS.. he is out of breath with those four sets,
with really light weights. so don't believe what this guy says.
and I have NEVER seen the combination chest, biceps.
what is more effective is chest, triceps.
Why?? if you do push-ups you also hit your triceps.
the combination chest biceps isn't a effective combi.
if you do push-ups, dumbell-kickbacks, incline push-up and a french press.
you are going to feel it better and grow muscle faster.
PS: THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS, JUST HARD WORK

@TheCMJlover actually if ur doing target muscle training its better to do alternative muscles like chest and biceps or back and triceps because while one of the muscle groups are working the other is resting so u can do back to back... if u do chest and triceps then ur triceps will ware out way too fast and u wont be able to do back to back

@chaosrave back to back isn't always effective. If you work out your chest with push-ups you also hit your triceps and if you also hit your biceps and they are both sore the next day. (unlikely with this exercise) and you do back and triceps the day after that, your workout isn't gonna be that effective.
I work like this. back and biceps, chest and triceps, shoulders and legs.
6 times a week with 72 hour rest before I workout the same muscles again, and I mostly do compoudmovements.

@TheCMJlover i dont know if you noticed but u just repeated what i said lol... and after u do back and biceps u wana switch to lower body or core or just cardio the next day... you SHOULD be sore that is the point... back to back will give u the hardest work out in the fastest time... stuff works differently for everyone so i dont wana say there is a right way to do something... if it works for you then do what you do

@kriptse oww I've tried it, it SUCKS. It works your chest and biceps yes, if you do the WHOLE workout 3 times. Then my muscles where sore. And when I worked out my back and triceps I couldn't get most out of it because my biceps where sore. And because of that my back wasn't trained hard enough with pull-ups and rows. why my biceps where sore. and triceps couldn't get the most out of it. because of the chest workout if.

@TheCMJlover Dude, this guy knows what he is talking about.. dont hate appreciate.. Plus I found MAJOR results in this exact workout your getting in biceps, triceps, and chest. Not much of a tricep workout but your hit them at times and it is a great workout i gained 6 pounds of muscle in a week from this and lost a good bit of fat..

You can gain about 10 to 15 pounds of muscle a year. period. And that's some real work tot gain that. if you gain 6 pounds of muscle a week you are blasting yourself with steroids. And if you say you can gain that in a week, get your facts right and do this 6*52=312. so that means that you can gain 312 pounds a year?!?!.. HOLY SHIT if that is possible without juice tell me. then you're BIG.
