You can't, it is japan only. If you know japanese that's alright, but you still need to get to japan to buy it. If you don't know japanese get freedom unite, it's the closest you'll get, but still a long way off.

Try poison him, use flash bomb, great sword is a good weapon to deal with it.... it will jump away and roar sometimes. Use the time to charge ur sword and slash at it. Aim it's head.

Get any fast weapon you have, I recommend it a lot more than heavy weapons. I suggest either an SnS, or a LS. Of course the fire element helps a lot.

Flash bombs are not recommended though, 'cause it will use it's jump attacks with no direction, which causes you to hit it harder instead.

Attack its stomach, and know when to back away.

Don't panic, and you should do fine.
