  • alien DNA + ape DNA = human

    we are alien!

  • G-UNIT

  • Who knows. Maybe the gorillas' think the humans behind the glass are there for their entertainment!

  • my mr. daniel godines san diego zoo 20109

  • Something about this breaks my heart. It's clear that this line of primates has little chance of survival in the long term, and seeing them up-close like this, behaving in ways any human could relate to... just makes it more painful to imagine their extinction.

  • @confiscator I've never seen the Obamas look so nappy -- er, I mean happy -- as they do here.

  • They look bored.

  • stop torturing these animals in your little concrete prisons

  • The zoo is not protecting apes. That's like saying BP and Chevron are environmental stewards.

  • @utube191173 Do you know how many Apes get hunted down and killed everyday? At zoo's they get fed, protection, and taken care of when injured or sick.

  • First dislike!

  • You can just tell human beings came from monkeys

  • @RyanRKips They didn't though. They share a common ancestor.

  • What type of pokemons are that?

  • WHAT THE HELL IS MY MOTHER DOING IN A CAGE?!?!?

  • is the glass one way? if it isn't it should be...

  • They are tryin to holt my people down. tis video prove it.

  • i thought it was kassem g on the thumbnail

  • I agree that they look like they are bored silly. I think they need their own enviroment even a 20 acre or so compound with stashes of food and snacks for them to find through out the day

  • @Moray1949 that would be neat, it would eb neater if there was one of those reverse mirror things so they see a mirror and we can watch them without them knowing we're their

  • Their is so much emotion in their face. Why we keep them in cage.

  • @ali7India Because they are making money off them that is why the sooner people stop going to zoos, the quicker the animal slave masters have no choice but to release them to their actual homes.

  • 4:55 taking hits from the wooden pipe!

  • damn, the way they look around and behave... its so humanlike,.who can deny evolution after seeing those animals?

or who can deny our close propinguity?

  • must suck..nothing to do but hear a bunch of snitty snotty snuttyy sneetches mushed up talking making you insane all day...reminds me of this shitty resestion can totally relate w/ these primates..they look like i feel or i feel like they look...boring and sad futile exsistance w/out being in their/my proper inviroment

  • Excellent video!

  • that first gorilla is thinking hard

  • loving animals , hating zoo's

  • is it sound proof in there for the gorillas

  • The first gorilla shown looks to be contemplating some deep gorilla issues...the second one...not so much...

  • nice view at 0:35

    hahahah!

  • 0:37 - dat ass

  • these are the most intersting animals to me... :)

  • love that ass 0:37

  • minute 1:12 classic down boy lol

  • @bichaonextasis The bird chin was the dead give-away.

  • Why dont they play tag or something . lol

  • pause at 0:57 hes smiling!

  • @TheCSL21 i have saved the day once again!

  • Proud to be so closely related to this majestic beast :P

  • They look so human like it's strange. Even the way they look around and think about things.

  • Awwww, they are so adorable!!!! Pause it on 0:39 lol

  • why do gorillae all look so sad and depressed? did they watch PJ's King Kong lol

  • lol hes going bald

  • I think gorillas look like that in the wild. They seem happy to me. I never smelled anything but its hard to keep everything smelling perfect. I am going to the San Diego Zoo from Florida and believe me, I always look forward to it. I sit in front of the gorilla cage every day and love it. I will be missing Alvilla because she was quite a character and she died since I have been there last. She will be greatly missed by me.

  • Whenever i go to Gorilla sections the whole area smells like body odor.

  • what type of gorilla is this?

  • @moose2121 I hope you are right. :)

  • @ironyd what should they be doing? juggling? telling jokes?

  • @zazfilm A few jokes maybe, yeah... lol

  • They're so human-like.

  • @statis theyre even more gorilla-like

  • hay tan tiernos

  • I love the last part of the video.

I don't know whether the gorilla's are bored or happy or not. I rather see them in the wild.

  • @guitarmusic15 stop people from killing them & stop people from taking their homes in the wild...you can do something about it besides complain. The San Diego Zoo & Safari Park love, and care a great deal for all their animals, including the freeloaders that walk in from the road, dirt or fly in from the sky. Don't be negative be positive, BE PROACTIVE!....THAT IS WHAT THE ZOO DOES!

  • some of ya think that this is bad thing but who knows. Just think what would happen if an epidemic came and wiped out most of or all the remaining gorillas in the wild. these zoos may be the only way to reintroduce the species back to the wild so don't think its all bad

  • lol, this shits crazy, there almost like us.

  • i donk think they look sad and bored..i watched them at the ZOO..they can be very active and loud...

  • Capturing, breeding, & exhibiting these 250-450lb, intelligent, family-oriented majestic creatures in dirt-filled exhibitions, with tossed vegetation every few hours, is like putting man, woman, & babies in 20x30ft cells, with food provided generously. Such activities won't save them in the wild. Only if humans stopped having so many children, over-populating the earth, taking every fertile space from other animals, that these large, majestic creatures will survive.

  • Lol, people implying the reactions of gorillas are synonymous with that of a person.

  • omg, all they do is just sit there. they look like they have nothing to do.

  • @JUKIO01 You've clearly NEVER been to the zoo.

  • @ContraCommando Your a fat no life piece of shit living at your mums house hiding from sunlight all day. Better sort out your shit George Ross.

  • I like when the silver back grabs one of the females and has his way with her. He knows how to hit it and forget it! Props playa! Of course that's not in this video.

  • @Fresno49er what about the Fresno zoo?

  • @RazziNDarkside We don't have gorillas at the Fresno Zoo. Only orangutans and siamang monkeys. And other little chicken shit monkeys.

  • @Fresno49er i been there once, it was okay...I'm from the central valley by the way but I'm not from Fresno. I been to the San Diego zoo in 2003, but it was just alright. But I did like San Diego in general.

  • in a netherlands zoo(blijdorp) was a gorilla escaped from the exhibit and almost killed a woman!

  • Memba's troop. Memba age 41, Avilla age 45, Jessica age 30, Mandazi age 8, Ekuba age 4 still nursing. These gorillas are well cared for and well fed and very much loved by their keepers and supporters of the zoo. It is because of the efforts of zoos that gorillas in the wild are more protected.

  • @betsyeaton1 Why don't you say by putting human's all in glass prison, they will be well protected from wars, crime and economic disaster?

No 'WILD' animals are ever 'protected' by human. Wild animals belong to the wild. If you want to protect them, go arrest those poachers and bring them to courts. Thats real protection.

  • @LookMaNoBrains AMEN.

So sick if people thinking Zoo's protect animals. Wild animals thrive in the wild.

Want to protect them, arrest and or kill the goddamn poachers. Poachers that NEED to kill to survive need to get off their asses and travel to a city to find help, and a temporary place to stay until they can get a permenant place to stay. Then buy food like the rest of us.

Instead of killing species into extinction.

  • @TurnToJesus1 are you aware animals die to stock stores? there is a difference between hunting for food to survive and poachers hunting for money and killing more than needed. but humans are selfish, greedy, ignorant, and fearful so we'll eventually kill everything.

  • dude they love the habitats its like gorila heavan

  • @chunkymonky526 They should put a library in there.

  • @LookMaNoBrains Funny thing about all this wild talk... In the wild its eat or be eaten. Outsmart or be outsmarted. PS. If this was a million years ago when we were cavemen/women the pouchers would be the best hunters and be providing food for you. Im not saying its right for them to hunt the animals but you PETA activitist have no idea what you guys are talking about.

  • @therock343 You probably didn't read the FIRST line of my comment.

Go do it, then get back to me. (Try using your brain)

  • @LookMaNoBrains Its ok man its ok.. the gorilla's gonna be alllllright.. You'll be fine.

  • sad

  • I feel so bad for these gorillas. they aren't meant for humans' attraction. They don't belong here. people need to stop capturing these species and leave them were they belong. How would we like being taken to a place we don't belong to and can't be free. Is not fair.

  • looks like they are trap here forever..so sad...release them back to wild.....yay

  • We look nothing like them.

  • @jediskunk67 So why did you feel to say it, if it is so obvious?

  • @jediskunk67 That's not true at ALL. There IS a slight resemblance between the Obama family and us humans.

  • grim????? Well i hate gorillas

  • 6:27 "that one wants boobies

  • Thanks For The Post. Im Helping A Friend With Her Project On Gorillas And This Helped Alot! Great Video. Love When The Baby Goes And Hugs The Mom. Its Adorable!!!

  • yeah i think they should be free

  • @barbarajjleon But the plus side to them being in the Zoo is that they won't be poached! This is a big problem amongst the Gorillas, and they get fed regularly too!

  • They look bored and sad. :(

  • @ironyd yea they do put anything in a cage long enough and they'll lose it eventually its sad that a lot animals in cant live freely because of the obvious tree cutting, industrialization etc

  • @ironyd I agree. It breaks my heart to see an encaged animal to look as though they want something more from life than to be imprisoned against their will. Call my crazy, animals may not have a will or wants, but... it seems like they do. And certainly we evolved from animals that might not have had will nor want yet look where we are.

  • they should at least have it way glass animals need privacy too pluse a humans showing teeth may be good in the human world but its a threat to gorillas
