Thanks for posting this video. This is actually the first restaurant where I've tried okonomiyaki. I had the one with scallops (so fresh). Sadly it's ruined me for other okonomiyaki in the rest of the world.

It 's amazing!! I was very glad to find this video because two weeks ago, I was in this restaurant too in Miyajima. I confim that " okonomiyaki" was delicious and I prefer this style ( style of Hiroshima with noodles)which I think its the best!!!

I miss Hiroshima......I used to go to a place we called "Ta-gi-zz" I am not sure how you spelled his name...though he was married to a girl names Jennifer....He made THE BEST beef cubes...and it was hypnotizing to see them cook like this...loved it....miss it so much...

I just returned from a trip to Japan and the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki was the best dish I ever had over there!

There's a place in Hiroshima called Okonomimura were there's a collection of small shops that offers the dish. I can't recommend that place enough!

miyajima is one amusing place, i was there on a school trip once, saw about 30 deer in the first 5 min, the maps our teacher gave us were so out of scale that i tryed walking around the whole island, epil fail that was, i got around 1/4th of the way around then just went over the mountain, good times
