Because in a very recent episode, her character is asked to audition for a very young style show and she thinks she's reading for a young hot character, but really they want her to play the mother.

She was laughing AT her, not with her, there was a certain attitude to it. Then notice how when she was talking her eyes would look around, but they managed to avoid Sarah at all times.

I guess she felt uncomfortable with Sarah's extreme humor.

Hollywood's ageism and sexism is unbelievable. Here we have a generation of female comedians/comedy actressess who are attractive enough to satisfy one of those isms (guess) and yet lead movie roles are practically nonexistent due to the fact that alot of these ladies are enjoying their biggest success at ages the industry considers 'old' for women. Thank god for cable and tv as a whole I will say.
