This is a bad review and test. They easily show that the dakota lacks the ground clearance and angles needed for even the lightest offroading, and hooked up a trailer to it that IMO, was way to heavy for that truck to be pulling.

I have 35,000 miles on my 06 dakota and I am on my third power steering rack ;)
i own one,and not very happy with it .going into to shop for 2nd time for another big repair,1st one was to repair rear axle . had to be totally rebuilt, 2nd time for trany, will not buy another one.
It said 4x4! Not 4x4 off road! My dad's is a 4x4 off road
