TO all the haters calling the miami fans as lousy obviously dont live here. you would want tp go to the game and get rained on scoreched by the heat. Unfortanely we may not have winter, but we do have bad weather during the spring and summer. With the new parks roof and ac, we fixed those issues. Im sure Miami will finally be a baseball town.

Now coming back the heat. I only made it to 3 games, and the tickets were not as easy to come by as you would think. They were selling out but people in miami are running on cuban time. That means that they arrive late to EVERYTHING. Specially because long lines at concession... people need their booze

Nice touch with the sliding roof, but it looks like another PLAYPEN for the rich. The upperdeck is TOO HIGH because of all of the suites. What happened to being close to the action, and not being two steps from Jesus? There should be more outfield seats for folks who can't afford the good seats like a bleacher section. But for Miami, who never had a real ballpark, this is great for them!

The Marlins were the only MLB team in Florida when founded. Also, the Miami Marlins were a minor league team from before the MLB team ever exixted and never had anything to do with the current Marlins. I don't mind the name "Miami Marlins" but I grew up with the "Florida Marlins" so it will never sound right. The worst part though is that teal probably won't be a team color anymore which is a real shame.
